The Bonnat family have a history of chocolate production dating back to the
nineteenth century. It all started when Felix Bonnat established his business at number 8, cours Senozan in Voiron

The Bonnat company has been passed down the generations. Felix Bonnat's sons, Gaston and Armand took over the
business when their father retired. Grandson, Raymond Bonnat, then took over in 1956. It is currently run by
Cecile and Stephane Bonnant, fourth generation of the chocolate-making family.
